Downer

Thursday, 22 June, 2006

It's been one of those weeks where something disappointing or frustrating happens and then another thing like that happens and then another and then another. So many people I know are stressed and tired. Our customer service staff are run off their feet at the moment because of this really good book deal that lots of people are ringing up about. I'm stuck in index hell (with two pages of the general to go and two pages of the Scripture) and my diary looks like a train wreck.

But thankfully this weekend I'm going away with Elsie and Arnjali for some quality R&R in which we will go out for breakfast, wander around a shopping mall, read the Bible and pray with each other, watch DVDs and eat steam boat and fruit dipped in chocolate fondue. Can't wait ...
