“I love my CDs but if I had to give them all away and keep just one band I think it would be Pearl Jam.” (Source)
I think, for me, it would be the Stone Temple Pilots. Or Poor Old Lu. But the Pilots are more ingenious than Poor Old Lu so it would probably be the Pilots.
What about you?

Hmm, hard.
I thought Belle and Sebastian; they’re brilliant, but inconsistent. So maybe U2 or the Lucksmiths or Air.
It’s a tough call. I’ve never really followed any band consistently - I have three Counting Crows CDs, but that was through birthday gifts and finding their ‘best of’ in a bargain bin at Big Wubbledoo.
Sooooo…it would probably be the Crows. But I can’t be sure.
Hmm. I think would I desert all my Cd’s but for one band. The one Band I would keep would be U2. Primarily because of there musical and lyrical development. But also because through the course of the last 26 years (most of my lifetime) they have not ceased to produce relevant music - music which also seems to grow in relevence.
I dunno about that, Bono’s fashionable philosophising can get a bit hollow at times. But they have such great riffs!
