And that is why you need to rely on God and your friends too - because we all can bring different things to you, and we all love you, as does Ben, even though at the moment it’s hard for him to express.

Many hugs.

Thank you everyone! I really appreciate it!!!

Hello Karen, I have never commented before and yet I read your entries all the time - it’s strange that one is able to look in on someone’s life without them even knowing you. Anyway, as a christian female mts worker who has had depression for 15 years I have absolutely no idea what you guys are going through but I sure do empathize with you and am saddened when I read of the struggle you two are enduring and I cry out to God that you will be reminded of His awesome love for you every moment of your day because He DOES love you both SO SO SO MUCH and that is what will get you through times like this. When one of our brothers or sisters is suffering we are suffering and so you aren’t alone - as I can see from all the posts! Even though I have never met you guys, I care and I will be praying for you and and asking my flatmates to. You have been such an encouragement to me - both of you. Keep perservering for Jesus and I look forward to meeting you when He returns. YAY THAT IS GOING TO BE AWESOME AY! love Hezza xxx>>xxx

Thank you, Hezza!

don’t think you know me either smile  but just want to say that you (and ben) are in my prayer too. thank you for being so open. make me realize that it could happen to young ppl too. in my naive mind, i thought depression only happen to middle ages ppl. anyway, keep focusing on Christ. may He gives you strength to cope with this situation.

*cheers*

Thank you, Chenny; you are right, I cannot put a face to your name. But thank you for your words of support. I think you’d be surprised the number of people out there who do suffer from depression or some sort of anxiety disorder. You only need to start talking to people about it and they start coming out of the woodwork.
