Today is Jenn and James's wedding. In another fit of folly, I was inspired to have a go at making these. I pulled the first one out three times and unpicked the stitching twice, but then it got easier and it only took about an hour and a half to put one together. Mine don't look as nice as the ones that appear on the pattern but no matter; they come up well against the white napkins.

They do look good against the white napkins. I’ve often thought about something like this but haven’t done any.
Was it hard on the fingers?

Not at all. That gauge of beading wire is very pliable and easy to manipulate. Ripping things out was harder though and on my first go, I stressed the wire too much and it broke. Once I figured out what I was doing, I was fine.
they look amazing, karen! well done.
They do look awesome Karen - very funky
